Last week I talked about the power of the retweet. Sometimes finding great artists who are offering valuable advice can be hard so today I’m going to get you started with three my favorite accounts to follow. One great bonus to following someone on twitter is that if they have a blog or youtube account, chances are they link any new posts to their twitter account, so it’s a great way to keep up with all of their new content.
Lori McNee @lorimcneeartist
Lori has one of the best blogs full of resources for artists at http://www.finearttips.com/ The thing I like so much about her posts is that even if it’s something I already know, it’s great to get another perspective on the business side of things.
Savvy Sexy Social @SavvySexySocial
Amy isn’t an artist, but she offers great social media, marketing, and networking advice that really applies to our artistic lives and business. She hosts a podcast and has youtube videos three times a week. She is one of two YouTubers who I watch every single video that they release, on the day it’s released. Her website with all that content in one place is savvysexysocial.com
Alyson B. Stanfield @abstanfield
Alyson is another artist who shares TONS of art business tips. Her website is http://www.artbizblog.com/.
