Today’s demonstration video is of a great horned owl that I painted in acrylic paint and airbrushing on a Fredrix Convexo canvas. I added two layers of Liquitex basics on this canvas before sanding it down so that I had a very smooth surface to paint on. This made getting detail work in the owl much easier. I airbrushed my background with createx airbrush paint that I thin down with water until it is about the consistency of milk. For the owl I used Mars black and titanium white in liquitex basics.
