I have one word for you when it comes to creating clouds in colored pencil: Layers. I’m sure you’re not surprised because this is something that is done a lot in all of my colored pencil pieces. The reason I stress it here is that I see so many artists draw clouds and get frustrated with the outcome. Usually it’s just a matter of not having enough layers, as I will show you in this tutorial!
